The Blue Engineer

Known amongst the nobility as The Arch-Engineers, it is said blue Engineers are so old you can count their age on all their wrinkles, and so inventive ideas just bubble out of their head.
What they don't know is that they have a fascination for all the hallucinations produced by looking through neutronium-enhanced Crystals, and spend most of their free time roaming the streets and gazing at all the wonders only they can see throught their spectacles.
